From November 2-7, I spent four days inside KB882 cleaning her from nose to tail. With the assistance of several residents, we removed four very large bags of debris, garbage and incorrect parts from the aircraft. Friday and Saturday saw us removing all remaining RCAF equipment, cleaning, photographing and putting everything into inventory. The City of Edmundston recently purchased another hangar at the airport. It has been allocated for KB882's parts to be housed in the dry and secure property. And there's even HEAT! Which was a good thing because it snowed for two days during my visit. PHOTO's will be along in the near future.
